HillView Foundation Scholarships recognize and assist students who have demonstrated leadership potential, a good work ethic, high moral and ethical character and who need financial assistance to attend The Bible Seminary (TBS.) To be eligible to apply, you must have been accepted by TBS and either be working in the 10-40 missionary window or have plans to go there.
