Dr. Israel Loken

Dr. Loken was born in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin and graduated from Lancaster Christian School in Pennsylvania in 1986, graduated Lancaster Bible College in 1990, received his Th.M. degree from Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS) in 1996, and a Ph.D. from DTS in 2001. He has taught at Dallas Christian College, served as a Teaching Assistant for the Bible Exposition department at DTS, served as an Adjunct Professor at DTS since 1999, and taught at the College of Biblical Studies since 2000 and where he currently serves as the Department Chair for both Bible and Theology. His Loken Exposition Commentary series includes three published volumes to date. He and wife, Kimberly, live in Tomball, Texas.
